Every 18 seconds, somebody in the world dies of tuberculosis. Every second, somebody gets newly infected with TB bacilli and at risk of developing disease. Yet many people remain unaware of the harm tuberculosis does.

We want everybody to know about the huge impact of this disease and the urgent need for new vaccines to protect future generations from TB. In this, we need your help.

Here is what you can do:

• Tell everyone you know about the huge TB problem and the way new vaccines can help solve it. You can use our facts about TB
• Write letters to politicians, policy makers, decision makers and journalists in your country to tell them about your concern and about the way TBVI can help by developing new vaccines. You can use the TBVI documents to endorse your message
• Donate to TBVI and/or ask people and organizations to do so too
