TuBerculosis Vaccine Initiative consists of a:

1. Governance Board (GB)
   Responsibilities:
• Verify coverage of financial resources for projects proposed by SC
• Verify process of decisions by SC, OO and CoT
• Approval annual report
• Appointment new members SC, CoT, OO
  
  
2. Steering Committee (SC) of European top tuberculosis researchers.
   Responsibilities:
• Strategic plan
• Resource mobilisation
• Project decisions
• Coordination with other initiatives
• Connect with industry
  
  
3. Council of Trustees (CoT) of donors and influential personalities in the field of health and politics.
   Responsibilities:
• Strategic advice
  
  
4. Operational Office (OO), including Product Development Teams (PDT), Clinical Development Teams (CDT), and staff based in Lelystad (the Netherlands).
   Responsibilities:
• Project initiation, submission and management
• Assist GB, CoT and SC
• Coordinating and connecting
